Senior Strategic Healthcare Partner / Partenaire Stratégique Principal en Santé - Ontario

Pfizer seeks a Senior Strategic Healthcare Partner to build trusted relationships across Ontario's healthcare ecosystem in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and hospital care. This non-promotional role identifies care gaps and co-creates solutions to improve patient access, care pathways, and system sustainability with healthcare professionals and institutional leaders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with gastroenterology and rheumatology stakeholders to understand patient journeys, care gaps, and barriers to timely care
- Serve as strategic partner to hospitals and institutions on oncology biosimilars, supportive care, and infusion capacity optimization
- Co-create scalable workflow solutions and quality-improvement initiatives addressing identified patient and system needs
- Lead or support compliant Strategic Healthcare Enhancement Projects with appropriate governance and stakeholder engagement
- Generate and communicate healthcare-system insights to inform organizational strategy and support learning across settings
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare experience including strategic partnerships
- Experience in quality improvement, co-creation, and complex healthcare system projects
- Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare environment and evolving pharmacy models
- Demonstrated relationship-building and influencing skills with senior healthcare stakeholders
- Project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Residence in Ontario; valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
Compensation: $107,400-$179,000 base
