Cencora seeks a Senior Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist for rare diseases to lead a reimbursement team, manage patient drug coverage coordination with insurers and healthcare providers, and oversee internal process development and implementation in a remote Ontario position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor reimbursement specialists within the rare disease program
• Coordinate with insurance companies, physicians, and healthcare providers to secure drug coverage
• Develop, maintain, and implement reimbursement processes and protocols
• Monitor departmental KPIs and report to Program Manager
• Manage closing schedules and provide sales training on product reimbursement

Requirements

• Minimum three years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry experience
• University degree in related field
• Professional and courteous phone communication skills
• Bilingual English and French proficiency
• IT project management experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Reimbursement programs and insurance industry experience preferred
