Lead a thriving business operation as an Area General Manager with United Rentals. Oversee multiple locations and teams while driving sales, service excellence, and profitability. As a key leader, you will harness your management skills to motivate diverse teams across various roles within the company. This position involves P&L oversight, fleet management, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will also implement performance metrics to ensure outstanding operational productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and operations across multiple branches
- Ensure exceptional customer service and profitability
- Manage hiring, training, and team motivation processes
- Oversee P&L and prepare monthly operation reviews
- Promote a strong safety culture and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years of business management experience
- 5+ years of supervisory background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
