General Manager: Global Operations

This is a mandate for a builder and unifier. The organization operates across multiple regions, each led by a country leader — and the right GM will be the connective tissue that aligns those leaders around a common vision, sharpens commercial focus, and drives consistent, profitable growth.

What You’ll Own

You’ll lead a portfolio of regional businesses, bringing rigor and clarity to areas where it’s currently lacking financial discipline, talent and performance management, client strategy, and operational standardization. You’ll define what great looks like — the ideal client, the right service model, the metrics that matter — and then build the systems and culture to sustain it.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven general management background, ideally in professional services or a multi-unit services environment
• Track record of leading through other leaders — coaching, holding accountable, and elevating performance across geographies
• Strong financial acumen; comfortable owning a P&L and driving business performance conversations
• A project management mindset — structured, process-oriented, and relentless about follow-through
• An inspiring communicator who can articulate a transformation vision and bring people along with conviction and empathy
• Willingness to get into the weeds of regional operations — you lead from the front, not from a distance
• Comfort working alongside a highly engaged, hands-on CEO who is a genuine thought partner
