Global Data Governance Strategy Manager

Take on a critical role as the Global Data Governance Strategy Manager, focusing on Master Data Management across North America and Europe. This position is designed for those who can transition between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your role will encompass leading a talented team of MDM Analysts while developing governance frameworks that define master data processes and ensure they are adhered to. You'll collaborate with ERP, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance data quality and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the global MDM function across key regions
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team focused on improvement
- Build structured governance frameworks and enforce adherence to standards
- Collaborate with system teams for successful ERP rollouts and integrations
- Address data quality issues and initiate sustainable solutions
- 10+ years in data management or relevant enterprise work
- Proven leadership in global data governance or MDM functions
- Depth of experience in ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP
- Strong skills in Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Experience in developing data quality and governance processes
