- Maintain service and food quality at the restaurant
- Train and support team members and management
- Exceed daily sales goals through effective management
- Oversee daily production and staffing requirements
- Review and interpret financial statements and P&Ls
- 2-3 years of relevant management experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Math and analytical skills for financial management
- Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certified
- Alignment with values of Hospitality, Authenticity, Courage
