AVP Global Customer Experience Strategy

Empower client engagements as the AVP of Global CX & Marketing Strategy at Sun Life in Toronto. Lead integrated strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
In this key role, you'll shape the global customer experience and marketing landscape for Sun Life. With over 12 years of experience, you'll integrate strategy and planning across diverse teams, partnering with business units to enhance organizational maturity. Your expertise will be critical in communicating insights and leading initiatives that influence executive-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead global CX & Marketing planning cycles
• Develop strategic narratives for executive forums
• Act as Chief of Staff to the CXMO
• Analyze market trends to forecast customer expectations
• Inspire and lead a high-performing planning team
Requirements:
• 12+ years in Strategy, Marketing, or Client Experience
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Advanced communication skills for C-suite engagement
• Strong change leadership capability
• University degree required, MBA preferred
