Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
Contract Opportunity | Open to Permanent

North York, Toronto | Hybrid
$25–$30/hour
Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
French/English Required

Contract role with potential to become permanent
Low call-volume environment
Mix of phone and email support
Minimum 3 days in office , preferably 4
Professional, collaborative team

Some flexibility with slightly earlier or later start times to help accommodate commuting.

Our client is a well-established organization in the sustainability and environmental services space and is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service in a professional, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

Support customers by phone and email
Handle mainly inbound inquiries with some outbound follow-up
Provide friendly, accurate, solution-focused service
Update customer information and activity in the CRM
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Follow up on inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Fully bilingual in French and English
Approximately 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
Strong B2C/customer-facing background
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with phone and email support
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Personable, inquisitive, and proactive
Comfortable learning new systems and CRM tools
