Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare documentation for business transactions and reorganizations
• Engage in negotiations with various professionals
• Draft corporate documents including agreements and financing
• Maintain direct contact with clients to support their needs
• Juggle multiple cases efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
• Active member of the Quebec Bar
• Minimum 2 years of corporate law experience
• Interest in commercial law considered an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
