Experienced Finance Manager Wanted

Become the Finance Manager at Aspire Software in Montreal, overseeing critical financial operations in a hybrid work environment. Engage with a diverse portfolio while driving compliance and strategic growth initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you'll lead financial close processes and develop forecasting strategies that align with corporate guidelines. Your role will also include managing interactions with subsidiary companies to ensure effective financial health on multiple fronts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance
• Monitor cash flow and financial health of the portfolio
• Conduct business reviews with strategic initiatives
• Supervise accounting and finance teams for efficiency
• Optimize financial processes across the portfolio
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
• 5+ years' finance experience, 2 years in management
• Knowledge of financial systems and stakeholder management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
