Under general supervision, the Analyst III is responsible for negotiating and settling moderately complex subrogation claims (typically, Auto/Property, or occasionally Property and Medical) through evaluating the file, determining appropriate recovery, and negotiating third-party carriers. Reporting to the Director Delivery Director Natl Accident Benefits, Claims, you will be accountable for the management of a team of Claim Advisors, Accident Benefits. In this role you will support National Directors and their Management Team in achieving their loss/expense cost containment and customer experience objectives. As well as efficiency & effectiveness and employee engagement. Accountabilities: Provides operational leadership and direction to a capable team of Claim Advisors, Accident Benefits and ensures their cooperation to successfully meet both Allstate Canada Group and the Claim Department performance requirements Provide detailed analysis that recognizes individual and team opportunities to positively impact Allstate Canada Group financial performance within appropriate claim performance metrics and adverse trends. Building plans to capitalize on the opportunities and reduce adverse risks. Develop employees and their abilities by providing appropriate coaching and feedback in preparation for developmental & career opportunities Recommend, implement, and maintain an optimal organization design within the team, including alignment of roles, accountabilities and authorities and alignment of tasks within the region to deliver on the strategy Actively look for ways to improve customer service, efficiencies, employee engagement and cost containment through Continuous Improvement mythologies Collaboration with the Departments Claim Managers to drive and deliver on departmental objectives Ensure performance and development plans are in place for all direct report employees Provide ongoing direction to the team to achieve targets Participate in Talent Pool Assessments Qualifications: Minimum 3-4 years of Casualty Claim experience in Accident Benefits Strong People Leadership/Management experience required Enrolled in, or completion of, CIP designation Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel Advanced knowledge of business technology systems Advance knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements such as Provincial Insurance Acts Bonus Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of foundational management systems; Continuous Improvement, Agile, Change Management Working knowledge of Tableau would be considered an asset Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations. Désignation du rôle : à domicile Description du poste : L'Équipe nationale des réclamations accidents, en plein essor, est à la recherche d'un directeur ou d'une directrice, réclamations accidents, Ontario (ligne directrice sur les blessures légères, ou LDBL). Le ou la titulaire de ce poste, qui relèvera du gestionnaire principal ou de la gestionnaire principale, livraison nationale des réclamations, indemnités d'accident, sera responsable de superviser une équipe de conseillers en réclamations, indemnités d'accident. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, il ou elle aidera les directeurs principaux et leurs équipes de direction nationales à atteindre leurs objectifs de contrôle des coûts des sinistres et des dépenses, d'expérience client, de mobilisation des employés, d'efficacité et d'efficience. Responsabilités : Fournir un leadership et une direction opérationnels aux conseillers en réclamations, indemnités d'accident et s'assurer de leur collaboration afin de répondre aux exigences du Groupe Allstate du Canada (GAC) et de l'Unité des réclamations; Fournir des analyses détaillées des possibilités à la portée de l'équipe et de ses membres de contribuer aux résultats financiers du GAC, dans le cadre des mesures et des tendances propres aux Réclamations; concevoir des plans permettant de tirer profit de ces possibilités et de réduire les risques; Développer ses employés et leurs compétences en leur donnant du coaching et de la rétroaction en vue d'occasions de perfectionnement et de cheminement de carrière; Recommander, mettre en uvre et maintenir une structure organisationnelle optimale au sein de l'équipe (harmonisation des rôles, responsabilités et pouvoirs, harmonisation des tâches dans la région) en vue d'atteindre les cibles stratégiques; Toujours demeurer à l'affût des moyens d'améliorer le service à la clientèle, l'efficience, la mobilisation des employés et le contrôle des coûts au moyen des techniques de l'amélioration continue. Collaborer avec les autres directeurs, réclamations en vue de favoriser l'atteinte des objectifs de l'unité; Mettre en uvre un plan de développement et un plan de rendement pour chacun des subordonnés; Encadrer l'équipe pour qu'elle atteigne ses objectifs; Participer aux évaluations du bassin de talents des employés. Exigences : Au moins 3 ou 4 années d'expérience en réclamations accidents relativement aux indemnités d'accident en Ontario; Avoir une solide expérience en gestion ou en gestion de personnel; Détention du titre de professionnel·le d'assurance agréé·e (PAA) ou en voie de l'obtenir; Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel; Maîtrise des systèmes technologiques d'affaires; Connaissance approfondie des exigences légales et réglementaires pertinentes, notamment les lois provinciales sur l'assurance. Compétences additionnelles : Solide connaissance pratique de systèmes de gestion fondamentaux (amélioration continue, méthodologie Agile, gestion du changement). Connaissance de Tableau (un atout).
