What you can expect when joining the team

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Medical Billing, the Senior Director of Medical Billing Operations will have operational responsibility for Xacte , Petal's medical billing line of business.

Using your effective interpersonal skills and strategic mindset, you will demonstrate business vision and excellent analytical skills that align with Xacte's direction, objectives and operational plans.

Your daily life

During the day, you will be led to:

• Work closely with Xacte and Petal senior management to interpret the organization's vision and align operational strategy accordingly;
• Participate and collaborate in the development of the business unit's short-, medium- and long-term strategic plan;
• Collaborate with the Vice-President of Medical Billing Expertise and Growth in the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives such as merger/acquisition integration, training, compliance and process auditing;
• Ensure overall administration of operations and coordination of activities to ensure day-to-day success with a hands-on approach;
• Develop and implement a coherent plan on how Xacte will improve its internal operations to generate pan-Canadian growth, in a rapidly changing environment;
• Provide leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees to achieve business objectives;
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters the commitment and development of team members to support the achievement of desired results;
• Drive performance across multiple teams through measurable processes and systems;Lead the development of operating budgets to ensure efficient operation and adherence to budget;
• Assess risks and propose solutions, creating internal procedures in line with operational needs;
• Set operational standards and ensure that performance targets are set and met;
• Improve inter-organizational communication to achieve productivity gains;
• Create a culture of agile innovation and operational excellence;
• Maintain service excellence and customer and employee satisfaction;
• Develop continuous performance measurement processes.

Your profile

Are you an operations management professional known for your ability to optimize processes to generate results? Do you stand out for your excellent interpersonal skills and positive, solution-oriented approach? • A bachelor's degree in administration or another relevant field;
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 8 years in management;
• Strong interpersonal skills, a natural ability to provide feedback and quality coaching;
• A results-oriented approach;
• Demonstrated managerial courage, with a unifying leadership style;
• The ability to evolve autonomously in a complex and changing environment;
• A sharp political sense and a well-developed executive posture;
Since you will be regularly interacting with English-speaking colleagues located outside of Québec, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
