Maintenance Coordinator at Linamar

Elevate operational efficiency at Linamar as a Maintenance Program Coordinator. This role focuses on preventative maintenance and impactful staff training to support seamless operations. In this essential position, you will act as the main liaison between maintenance and operations teams. Your responsibilities include preparing and monitoring maintenance plans, as well as training maintenance staff on critical techniques. A Millwright433A License or equivalent experience is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement preventative maintenance schedules
• Support the scheduling of maintenance activities
• Analyze work order completion ratios for improvements
• Ensure compliance checklists are maintained
• Manage spare parts inventory efficiently Requirements:
• Millwright433A License or similar experience
• Knowledge of maintenance software preferred
• Excellent mechanical aptitude required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong skills in data analysis and work management Drive operational success by effectively coordinating maintenance activities at Linamar.
