DUTIES:
- Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) application processing, including: communication, application review and screening, data entry, adherence to deadlines, confirming payments, registering students, entering grades, processing refunds
- Course Reference Number (CRN) creation and mass challenge CRN creation
- Maintaining PLAR tracking sheets (Off Count Report, Stats)
- Creation and maintenance of online forms (PLAR, Mass PLAR, Proctor)
- Electronic document management
- CAPLA membership and active involvement (Canadian Association of Prior Learning Assessment)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of a 3-year diploma or degree in Business Administration
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a high volume, customer service focused environment.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
