DUTIES:

• Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) application processing, including: communication, application review and screening, data entry, adherence to deadlines, confirming payments, registering students, entering grades, processing refunds
• Course Reference Number (CRN) creation and mass challenge CRN creation
• Maintaining PLAR tracking sheets (Off Count Report, Stats)
• Creation and maintenance of online forms (PLAR, Mass PLAR, Proctor)
• Electronic document management
• CAPLA membership and active involvement (Canadian Association of Prior Learning Assessment)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of a 3-year diploma or degree in Business Administration

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a high volume, customer service focused environment.

• Ability to work independently

• Strong organizational skills
