Job Description
- Maintain and manage construction site documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate communication between site supervisors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to support the construction team's objectives.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards by organizing relevant documents.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the construction site to ensure project needs are met.
- Support site supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Clerk should have:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working on residential projects.
- Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is an asset.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
