This in-house role supports commercial refrigeration and gas cooking equipment, blending technical skills with customer coordination. EFI Sales Ltd. seeks a highly experienced candidate to provide technical support for commercial refrigeration and gas appliances. You will also coordinate and dispatch service calls to service providers across Canada while ensuring excellent customer service. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for refrigeration and gas equipment
• Assess warranty claims and product performance
• Dispatch service calls to authorized providers
• Monitor and follow up on open service calls
• Train technicians and support customers and partners Requirements:
• 10+ years in commercial refrigeration and gas equipment
• Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician License
• ODP Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration and gas
