Automation Team Supervisor At Linamar Courtice

Key Responsibilities Administer training programs for staff upskilling
Allocate resources and manage project budgets
Lead automation project planning and execution
Consult with various teams to define project needs
Oversee the commissioning of recent automation technology
Requirements Completion of secondary school is mandatory
Must have journeyperson trade certification
At least five years of maintenance experience
Leadership experience of two years minimum
Proficient in Microsoft tools and PLC systems knowledge.
