Senior Financial Analyst – Canadian finance team, reporting to the FP&A Manager. This role sits at the intersection of finance and sales, serving as a key analytical partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations, helping drive disciplined pricing decisions, rebate management, and clear visibility into customer and channel profitability. Key Responsibilities

Act as a financial business partner to commercial and sales leadership, providing analysis that supports go‑to‑market decisions, customer negotiations, and deal structuring. Build and maintain financial models that evaluate the margin impact of pricing strategies, promotional programs, and commercial initiatives. Own the end‑to‑end management of customer rebate programs – from accrual calculations and master data maintenance to variance tracking and reconciliation. Conduct ongoing margin analysis across products, customers, and distribution channels, surfacing trends and flagging risks or opportunities to leadership. Contribute to monthly business planning cycles by preparing performance reporting and working alongside Sales to contextualize results and forecast implications. Ensure revenue recognition and rebate accruals are handled accurately and in line with internal control requirements, in close coordination with the broader Finance team. Develop dashboards and reporting tools that give commercial stakeholders clear, timely visibility into business performance. Continuously look for ways to streamline and strengthen pricing processes, rebate workflows, and reporting infrastructure through better systems and automation. Take on ad‑hoc financial projects and analysis as business needs evolve. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation (or actively working toward completion) preferred. 3‑5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or sales finance. Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B environments. Advanced Excel skills with comfort working across large data sets and financial systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non‑finance stakeholders. What Our Client Has to Offer
