Delbridge needs a Financial Accounting & Operations Manager to take charge of the full accounting cycle. Your responsibilities will include preparing consolidated financial statements, managing month-end and year-end closings, and mentoring a team. You will also oversee diverse financial tasks for both domestic and international branches. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple segments
  • Ensure accurate month-end and year-end accounting closings
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting clerks
  • Maintain full-cycle accounting for various entities
  • Conduct GL reconciliations and oversee AR/AP management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum five years of relevant accounting experience
  • Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and skilled in Excel
