Delbridge needs a Financial Accounting & Operations Manager to take charge of the full accounting cycle. Your responsibilities will include preparing consolidated financial statements, managing month-end and year-end closings, and mentoring a team. You will also oversee diverse financial tasks for both domestic and international branches. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple segments
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end accounting closings
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting clerks
- Maintain full-cycle accounting for various entities
- Conduct GL reconciliations and oversee AR/AP management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum five years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Proficient in QuickBooks and skilled in Excel
