Supply Chain CPFR Analyst Mars

Drive supply chain excellence as a CPFR Analyst at Mars, focusing on enhancing inventory management and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment. Your analytical and interpersonal skills will be vital to influence key stakeholders. As a CPFR Analyst, you will leverage 5+ years of supply chain and customer service experience to maximize inventory fill rates and improve order quality. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, employing your analytical prowess in Microsoft Excel while managing customer recommendations and logistics for optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize VMI/CPFR practices for product supply recommendations
• Lead weekly meetings focused on customer centricity
• Analyze data to drive forecast accuracy and case fill improvements
• Collaborate with 3PL warehouses for customer service quality
• Manage item life cycles effectively for new and discontinued products Requirements:
• Minimum 3-year degree/diploma required
• 5+ years in customer service or operational roles
• Strong Excel and CRM tool proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset Excel in supply chain operations and contribute to customer satisfaction as a CPFR Analyst at Mars.
