Ontario Shift Supervisor, Security Operations

Drive security excellence as a Shift Supervisor with Securiguard in Ontario. This role emphasizes compliance and surveillance while managing daily security operations. As the Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safety at Securiguard. You will oversee the implementation of security policies, supervise access control, and monitor the surveillance systems. Quick response to incidents and effective crowd control during busy periods are essential, in addition to ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
- Supervise access control and monitor surveillance systems
- Respond swiftly to security incidents and reports
- Manage effective crowd control during busy times
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site
- Minimum 1.5 years of security experience
- Supervisor experience preferred or an asset
- Valid Ontario Security License is necessary
- Standard First Aid & Level C CPR certification needed
- Ability to address problems with discretion
