If you're ready to be a part of our team, we encourage you to apply. Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Student to join our Accounts Payable team. This is an excellent opportunity for a post-secondary student pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or business administration to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. *Starting as soon as possible until the end of August 2025.* Key Deliverables:

• Accurately enter a high volume of invoices, including bulk invoices from recurring vendors
• Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with Brookfield Residential's expense policy
• Check invoices for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate approvals prior to processing
• Sort, organize, and file invoices and other accounts payable documentation
• Assist with various finance-related projects and administrative tasks as assigned

What You Bring:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
