- Guide and develop a team of Underwriters
- Drive business growth through relationship management
- Oversee underwriting rules and compliance
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement improvements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for business strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in underwriting or risk management
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Prior experience in commercial insurance and underwriting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively across various levels
- Demonstrated success in managing complex insurance projects
