Senior Underwriter for Construction P&C Insurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite all new business ensuring proper pricing
- Establish and cultivate broker relationships
- Engage in client meetings with insightful discussions
- Handle complex policy admin and risk assessments
- Conduct file audits for adherence to guidelines
- Minimum of 10 years of underwriting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and A.I. tools
