- Analyze and make decisions on underwriting submissions
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive portfolio of accounts
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and brokers
- Prioritize individual tasks to align with SLAs
- Promptly report potential risks within company frameworks
- University degree or diploma in a related field
- Completed CIP, FCIP, or CRM designations are essential
- Extensive experience in Senior Commercial Underwriting
- Proficiency in risk assessment and underwriting tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
