Regional Director for Complex Financing

• Coach and mentor teams on commercial credit practices
• Evaluate complex lending opportunities exceeding $5 million
• Structure and underwrite credit applications for effective solutions
• Negotiate terms with approval committees and internal partners
• Collaborate with Ontario MFS Team Lead on strategic initiatives Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience
• Proven ability in handling large transactions in commercial banking
• Strong underwriting and credit assessment skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
