Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director for its Energy and Power, Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group. With over 10 years of project finance experience, you will lead ratings analysis and manage innovative financial structures. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying industry trends and maintaining strategic networks for Fitch. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ratings analysis and research for North American transactions
- Evaluate credit structures and develop global criteria
- Identify industry trends and assess credit impact
- Gather data to produce ratings and credit reports
- Mentor junior team members and enhance collaboration
- 10+ years of project finance experience in energy
- Proven skills in credit analysis from rating agencies or banks
- Excellent modeling and communication capabilities
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents
