Technical Lead for Guidewire at Zurich

Shape Zurich Canada's Guidewire strategy as a Technical Lead, focusing on Policy and Claims Administration platforms. Zurich Canada is recruiting a Guidewire Technical Lead to provide essential technical direction for the implementation and ongoing management of our Guidewire systems, including PolicyCenter Cloud and ClaimCenter Cloud. Reporting to the Head of IT Core Platforms, you will guide crucial technical decisions and the integration of innovative technologies like Jutro. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in Guidewire solutions
- Direct implementation of Guidewire platforms
- Manage the integration with existing technology landscapes
- Define and execute Guidewire roadmap strategies
- Collaborate with teams to refine processes and delivery
- Proven Guidewire expertise and technical leadership
- Strong background in insurance technology
- Experience managing complex technical projects
- Understanding of hybrid work dynamics
