Le Rôle
En tant que Coordonnateur.trice Marketing Ecommerce , tu assisteras dans l'exécution de campagnes marketing en ligne et coordonneras une variété de projets marketing. Ce rôle requiert une pensée créative avec un sens aigu du détail, de solides compétences organisationnelles et une passion pour le marketing numérique.
Ce que tu feras
- Coordonner les lancements de campagnes marketing en créant des briefs de campagne, en gérant les livrables de projet, en assurant le contrôle qualité des ressources, en alignant les priorités et en veillant à ce que tous les canaux marketing exécutent les campagnes de manière synchronisée.
- Intégrer le contenu marketing et les promotions sur le site web de The Last Hunt et assurer la synchronisation des campagnes sur les différents canaux marketing.
- Gérer les règles de marchandisage sur le site web de The Last Hunt et mettre à jour régulièrement la page d'accueil et le menu en fonction de l'inventaire.
- Intégrer du contenu marketing sur le site web d'Altitude Sports.
- Soutenir l'exécution des tests A/B et autres efforts d'optimisation pour améliorer les taux de conversion et l'expérience utilisateur.
- Aider à gérer le calendrier e-commerce, y compris la planification et la programmation des promotions, des événements de vente et des lancements de nouveaux produits.
- Travailler constamment pour assurer la cohérence et une expérience client optimale sur les canaux d'achat sur ordinateur et sur mobile.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing, de contenu et de performance dans une approche axée sur la performance.
Qui tu es
- Plus de 1 an d'expérience en marketing numérique, de préférence dans un environnement e-commerce.
- Baccalauréat en marketing, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avec des outils de gestion de projet comme Asana, Google Analytics, d'autres plateformes de recherche web et de marchandisage, et des plateformes e-commerce (Shopify, Magento) avec des connaissances en HTML/CSS.
- Solides compétences en organisation, en gestion du temps, et un souci constant du détail, de la précision et de la qualité.
- Excellente attitude, fort esprit d'équipe axé sur les solutions avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication écrite et verbale.
- Bilingue (Français et Anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

The role
As an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator , you will assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns and coordinate a variety of marketing projects. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
What you'll do
- Coordinate marketing campaign launches by creating campaign briefs, managing project deliverables, QA assets and align priorities, and ensure all marketing channels execute campaigns in sync.
- Integrate marketing content and promotions on The Last Hunt’s website, and ensure synchronization of campaigns across various marketing channels.
- Manage merchandising rules on The Last Hunt’s website and update the homepage and menu regularly based on the inventory.
- Integrate marketing content on Altitude Sports’s website.
- Support the execution of A/B testing and other optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Assist in managing the ecommerce calendar, including planning and scheduling promotions, sales events, and new product launches.
- Constantly work to ensure consistency and optimal customer experiences in both the desktop and mobile shopping channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams in a performance-driven approach.
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Google Analytics, other web search and merchandising platforms, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) with a knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Great attitude, a strong and solution-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
