HR Administrator

Our enterprise client is seeking an HR Administrator to support onboarding and HR operations using HRIS systems

The position offers hands-on involvement in background checks, compliance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume HR team. It represents a key support role ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and quality of preboarding activities.

Contract, Saskatoon, Onsite, Working Hours: 9am - 5pm MST

Must Haves

2+ years in HR administration or HR coordination supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or comparable HRIS systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
General understanding and experience of Canadian and US HR data, policies, and legislative requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

Experience with Recruitment, Onboarding, or Employee Central modules within SuccessFactors or Workday
Exposure to HR operations covering multi-country employee data (Canada, US, Trinidad and Tobago)

Responsibilities

Support Preboarding programs across North America and Trinidad and Tobago
Provide training and guidance on the SuccessFactors Onboarding Module for Hiring Managers and New Hires
Administer background checks and drug or medical screening scheduling
Monitor and review task completion for Hiring Managers and New Hires and escalate issues when required
Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues and improve processes
