The Role

We are looking for a Call Center Manager to join our onsite Montreal team. This full‑time, on‑site role (34 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze administrative issues to provide help to employees.
• Sort technical problems to help employees with established procedures.
• Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
• Lead and instruct teams.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Conduct sales calls.
• Monitor department performance.
• Conduct quality audits.
• Resolve conflict situations.
• Offer mentoring.
• Provide staff training.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience.
• College/CEGEP diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a call center environment.
• Experience in Sales, Quality Assurance, and Employee Recognition.
• Background check.
• Must thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment managing large caseloads and workloads with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrates excellent oral communication and efficient interpersonal skills, with a strong client focus and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• A dependable, organized, and reliable self‑starter who exercises sound judgement, takes initiative, and consistently delivers results. Strong attention to detail and ability to work onsite in a team environment.
• Bilingual in English and French. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, as well as external partners and clients based in the US.
