- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and internal teams
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and reporting
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and basic operational tasks
- Support internal processes and ad hoc administrative projects as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
- Experience in a professional services, legal, or corporate office environment
- Exposure to document management or internal systems
- Post-secondary education in administration or a related field
Pay Range
$41,000 - $51,000 per year
