Chief Executive for SGL Canada Operations

Drive profitable growth and stakeholder engagement. As the Chief Agent for SCOR’s Canadian branch, you bear the responsibility for aligning local operations with global strategies. Your expertise in life reinsurance and financial stewardship will be critical in enhancing client satisfaction and market positioning. This role requires a wealth of experience and the ability to effectively manage diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial performance and regulatory compliance
- Foster a high-performance culture within the organization
- Champion a client-centric service model
- Develop internal strategies aligned with business growth
- Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders
- 10–15 years in leadership roles in insurance or reinsurance
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in strategic business initiatives
- Strong financial management and capital optimization skills
- Undergraduate degree required, FSA certification is beneficial
