• Establish governance frameworks for North American operations
• Implement information security guidelines and policies
• Lead initiatives to enhance risk management practices
• Manage IT security incidents and crisis coordination
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT or equivalent
• 10+ years in information systems audit/control
• Proficient in banking and financial regulations
• Relevant certifications (ISO 27001, CISSP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and internal controls
