Territory Sales Manager in Calgary

Drive sales growth in Western Canada as a Territory Sales Manager with ROCKWOOL. This dynamic role involves substantial travel and focuses on expanding market presence and customer relationships. Based in Calgary, you will manage sales across Southern Alberta, Southern Saskatchewan, and the Eastern Kootenays in British Columbia. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, conduct product demonstrations, and strategize account planning to achieve sales volume and margin targets. Your influence will shape the company’s footprint in the insulation market while ensuring strong territory management. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance ROCKWOOL's market position
- Increase demand and solicit product orders
- Conduct product knowledge sessions with distributors
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis for new growth opportunities
- 3–5 years in building materials sales
- Knowledge of construction and insulation markets
- Strong territory management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools
