- Configure and maintain PSA modules for optimized operations
- Build Salesforce custom fields and workflows as needed
- Assist with integration and data migration tasks
- Perform unit testing and support UAT initiatives
- Create detailed documentation for configurations and deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Certinia PSA implementation on Salesforce
- Experience with Force.com and integration patterns
- 2–4 years as a Salesforce Technical Consultant
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
