As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of Caseware’s Enterprise Systems team in Toronto. This position requires translating business needs into effective workflows on the Salesforce platform, documenting technical solutions, and ensuring quality delivery through testing and code reviews. Your role will also involve staying current on Salesforce capabilities to provide valuable insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Develop, test, and document custom elements
- Participate in technical design sessions
- Execute test plans to ensure quality
- Provide estimates and work breakdowns for tasks
- 3-5+ years Salesforce consulting or development experience
- Strong understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
