Drive innovation in financial services as a Salesforce Lead Developer with BMO Wealth Management. This role focuses on designing Salesforce solutions that enhance advisor and client experiences across advice channels. As the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud lead, you will architect and implement robust solutions while managing multiple FSC projects. Collaborating closely with business and technology teams, you will ensure alignment on requirements and deliver high-quality results. Your expertise will guide teams through the Salesforce lifecycle, including integrations and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
- Lead the configuration and customization of FSC applications
- Document and refine technical requirements and user stories
- Support client sessions to gather and define business needs
- Mentor team members and share best practices
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Minimum 7+ years in technology; 5+ years in Salesforce
- Experience leading FSC projects for 2+ years
- Knowledge of Salesforce components, approvals, and flows
- Familiarity with LWC components and customizations
