Skills and Responsibilities
- Over valuable years of experience in Salesforce.com Administration Development including analysis, modeling, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
- Experience in salesforce CRM modules as a developer in implementing ServiceCloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Service Cloud and Communities for clients in retail industries.
- Experience working in rapid paced Agile Environment involving in Daily Scrum and with Sprint Grooming and Sprint planning sessions.
- Experience in SFDC development using visual force pages, visual forcecomponents AJAX Tool kit, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
- Experience in development and integrations of custom solutions like Vlocityomniscripts, Apex, Visualforce, CSS, JavaScript on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience in System Integration using SOAP and REST based Web Services API to internal applications and legacy systems.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, activities like creation of scratch orgs, package creation, conflict resolution, pull request approvals and deploying to lower orgs for testing and finally to production.
- Experience with SFDC development using Apex classes, Triggers, Apex TestClasses for SFDC testing and Batch Apex for complex data processing.
- Experience in building enterprise level applications and implementing e-commerce applications for confidential and B2C clients.
- Knowledge on the modules of eCommerce like Product Information, ContentManagement, Order Management and Promotions in B2B environments.
- Extensively worked on Case management functionality to help live agents solve customer issues thus improving overall productivity and NPS of the organization.
- Extensively worked on customizing various SFDC standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Entitlements, Service Contracts, Reports, and dashboards.
- Deployment experience using Force.com IDE and Change sets as well as hands-on Sandbox management experience.
- Worked in supporting day-to-day salesforce marketing cloud operations and cross channel digital mark.
