- Oversee onboarding and implementation for legal clients
- Create tailored integration plans for law firms
- Facilitate product training to enhance user engagement
- Travel for client support and workflow optimization
- Test new AI capabilities for improved product performance
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
- Bar admission in a U.S. state, or Canada/UK
- 2+ years in transactional law practice
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Demonstrated success in complex project management
