- Provide administrative and legal support
- Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documentation
- Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and scheduled commitments
- Prepare, file, and serve legal documents in accordance with applicable procedures
- Open, maintain, and close client files (electronic and physical)
- Communicate with clients, and internal stakeholders in English and French
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- Prior experience in a Legal Assistant or similar legal support role
- Strong document production, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional communication style and strong client-service mindset
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
- Law firm or professional services experience
- Familiarity with legal document management systems
