About the Opportunity

• Provide administrative and legal support
• Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal correspondence and documentation
• Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and scheduled commitments
• Prepare, file, and serve legal documents in accordance with applicable procedures
• Open, maintain, and close client files (electronic and physical)
• Communicate with clients, and internal stakeholders in  English and French
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
• Perform additional administrative duties as required

About You

• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken
• Prior experience in a Legal Assistant or similar legal support role
• Strong document production, proofreading, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Professional communication style and strong client-service mindset
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada

Nice to Have

• Law firm or professional services experience
• Familiarity with legal document management systems

Pay Range
$40,000 - $60,000 per year
