Practice Manager - Smile City Dental

Smile City Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a busy, multi-provider practice and a diverse team.
We’re looking for a hospitality-minded leader who can build strong teams, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive practice performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven dental management experience
- Experience leading a large team and multiple providers
- Strong knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and treatment acceptance
- Confident, hands-on leadership style
- Patient-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the team
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Drive practice performance and patient retention
- Partner with dentists to optimize the practice
- Build a positive, accountable team culture
