Dental Receptionist - Smile City Dental

As a Dental Receptionist at Smile City Dental, you’ll be more than just an administrator. You’ll be a pivotal connection between our clinical team and our patients, helping them feel supported and informed throughout their care journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Be a Welcoming Presence : Build rapport with patients from the moment they arrive, creating a comfortable and trusting environment.
- Financial Clarity : Provide accurate estimates, discuss insurance coverage, and assist with payment options to make treatment accessible.
- Efficient Scheduling : Coordinate appointments with an eye for efficiency and patient convenience.
- Record Management : Keep patient records organized, ensuring they’re up-to-date and ready for each step of the care process.
- Ongoing Support : Follow up with patients, answer their questions, and provide continued support as they progress through their treatments.
Qualifications:
- Experience Matters : At least one year in a dental or healthcare administrative role is a must
- Empathy & Communication : Bring a caring demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Multi- Languages : An asset to help our diverse patient base feel truly at home.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $27 per hour
