Dental Assistant /Dental Reception

Every smile starts with a great first impression.
Not in the treatment room—but at the front desk.
We're looking for a Dental Administrator who knows that exceptional patient care begins long before the appointment starts. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making people feel genuinely welcome, we'd love to meet you.
Manage scheduling, patient communications, billing, and insurance coordination.
Answer questions, provide guidance, and help patients feel informed and cared for throughout their visit.
Help create a clinic environment that patients trust and enjoy returning to.
At least 2 years of experience in a dental office.
Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment coordination.
Experience using Cleardent or a similar dental practice management system.
You thrive on helping people.
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour, based on your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team.
