Lead Dental Adm & Treatment Coordinator
$30 - $35 per hourWORKFORCE Staffing Solutions
An established high-growth dental practice operating out of a modern 4-operatory office is seeking a dynamic forward-thinking team member to help guide their next phase of expansion. Focused on comprehensive care and long-term patient relationships and located between Toronto and Etobicoke this office boasts a culture of continuous learning and strong team collaboration. This position is ideal for an experienced tech-savvy dental administrator or manager with a growth mindset who takes initiative drives schedule efficiency is proficient with treatment planning and delivers an exceptional patient experience. Full-Time Schedule
- Days: 4 days per wee
- Weekends: Availability for alternating Saturdays is required
- Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour (negotiable based on experience and leadership background)

- Minimum 5years of experience: Prior lead dental administrative or office management experience required (no new graduates).
- An office management course or formal training is highly preferred.
- Technical & Clinical Literacy: Comfortable with modern dental software digital workflows and presenting comprehensive treatment plans.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with providers and guide patients through care options.
- Core Qualities: Punctual highly organized multi-tasker with strong leadership initiative a positive disposition and a true team-player attitude.
