Maintenance Technician - Full-Time

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Under the supervision of management, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing various general maintenance tasks to ensure the proper operation of the property's facilities, equipment, and common areas.

• Perform minor repairs, including basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, and hardware repairs;

• Carry out preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment;

• Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and common areas;

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and required repairs;

• Ensure the proper functioning of all facilities and equipment;

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards;

• Collaborate with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs;

• Report any issues requiring the intervention of specialized contractors or external service providers;

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in building maintenance, general maintenance, or a similar role is considered an asset;

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift, move, and transport equipment when required.
