GDI Services est actuellement à la recherche d’un Agent de réception pour se joindre à l’équipe de l’un de ses partenaires de prestige : l’Hôtel Warwick Le Crystal, un hôtel boutique emblématique situé au cœur du centre-ville de Montréal.
Synonyme d’élégance et d’excellence, l’Hôtel Warwick Le Crystal incarne le raffinement moderne tout en s’inscrivant dans la tradition d’hospitalité de la prestigieuse chaîne Warwick, déjà bien établie dans les grandes métropoles internationales telles que Paris, New York, Londres, Genève, Dallas, Chicago et San Francisco. Cette récente implantation à Montréal marque une étape importante dans l’expansion nord-américaine du groupe.

GDI Services hôteliers est à la recherche d’un Agent de réception passionné, dynamique et proactif, animé par un fort esprit d’initiative et le souci constant de l’excellence.
En tant qu’Agent de réception vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’expérience client. En étroite collaboration avec le directeur de la réception, vous contribuerez à assurer des standards élevés en matière de service, de confort et de satisfaction. Votre professionnalisme, votre rigueur et votre approche orientée client seront essentiels pour valoriser l’image de l’établissement et soutenir la performance globale de l’équipe.
CE À QUOI POURRAIENT RESSEMBLER TES JOURNÉES :
Assurer le bon roulement des différentes tâches de la réception tel que les arrivées, départs, prise de réservation, etc.;
Répondre aux diverses demandes des clients;
S’assurer de respecter les standards et politiques de l’hôtel;
Promouvoir et offrir l’excellence en service à la clientèle, contribuer aux efforts de rétentions de la clientèle, traiter les plaintes, s’il y a lieu;
Appliquer les politiques et procédures;
Produire et vérifier les rapports journaliers;
Communiquer adéquatement avec les différents services de l’hôtel;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
TU ES NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL SI…
Posséder un minimum de 1 année d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire;
Connaissances approfondies du système d’exploitation de la réception, (connaissance du logiciel Opéra un atout) ;
Bilingue en français et en anglais, la connaissance d’une troisième langue est un atout;
Intérêt marqué pour le travail d’équipe;
Personnalité et attitude positive;
Excellent communicateur;
Grande aptitude pour le service à la clientèle;
Débrouillards, créatif et organisé;
Capacité à travailler sous pression et gestion des priorités.
