Salary: $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Maintenance Attendant actively contributes to the smooth execution of on-site operations. The incumbent is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work (plastering, painting, etc.).

• Carry out various minor repair tasks.

• Install and repair suspended ceilings, partitions, and moldings.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.

• Diagnose technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.

• Read and interpret basic plans and drawings.

• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Maintain clean and safe work areas.

• Complete work reports and service follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of carpentry, interior systems, or general renovation.

• Ability to use manual and power tools.

• Ability to read and interpret basic plans.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• Good physical condition.

• Valid ASP Construction card (major asset).

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required in order to effectively serve an international clients.
