Must have skills:- Oversee all internal administrative functions, including billing, purchasing, WIP evaluation, banking, and cash management
- Prepare and deliver financial statements, KPI reports, and management tools to the parent company
- Manage tax credit and subsidy applications
- Act as liaison with group-level services (finance, payroll, HR, legal, insurance, and intercompany agreements)
- Coordinate government program administration and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support operational administration, including ERP project setup, P&L tracking, and shipping/import-export coordination
- Drive process improvements, contribute to strategic planning, and supervise the administrative/accounting technician
