What do we expect from a Senior Media Buyer?

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring communication that leaves them feeling like a friend is managing their marketing growth.
• The ability to understand clients' businesses and how your work impacts their bottom line to plan high-level marketing strategies that will drive high profitability, not just high ROAs.
• Lead the planning, strategizing, and management of ad creatives for campaigns, leveraging performance reports, customer insights, and competitor research.
• The ability to effectively delegate work when needed to ensure project timelines are met without compromising the quality.
• The ability to identify, plan, and execute opportunities for split tests that help improve key business levers like CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and LTV.
• Ensure timely and successful execution of client campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and optimizing performance based on data insights.
• Showcase Brighter Click's capabilities and expertise by contributing to developing proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment, sharing insights, best practices, and learnings.
• Stay current with industry and Facebook ad trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve knowledge and support junior team members.

Requirements:

• Strong English skills - both written and verbal.
• Experience in ad creative strategy and incorporating ad copy planning (3-4 years preferred).
• Proven track record of working with 6-8 figure e-commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and tactics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and creative skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
